Thank you for shopping with Avian Atelier. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at  Shop@avianatelier.studio. We will do our best to make changes before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Avian atelier is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you need assistance, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@avianatelier.studio with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work toward a resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where delivery services are unavailable or unreliable.
